Opening Heartspace at Seaspray Wellness Centre was a natural progression for Sara Hawke who is firmly focused on providing a luxurious experience that truly comes from the heart for both mind and body.
Originally from Yeppoon, Sara travelled and worked across Australia and overseas before setting her sights on providing an experience that brings peace and wellness for adult men and women in her hometown on the Capricorn Coast.
Sara worked as a hairdresser for over 25 years before embarking on extensive training in Reiki, Kinesiology, beauty therapies and holistic therapy after coming home from overseas nine years ago.
“After I had my children, I spent a lot of time studying, expanding my skills and operated a small studio from my home,” Sara said.
“It was a growing experience and while I was always a good communicator, I have become better at interpreting people’s direction and understanding their needs.
“Heartspace is all about holistic therapy, I use crystals, colour, light and sound together with the health and beauty services I offer to create a calming and peaceful healing space.
“It is very much a unique and luxurious service with quality organic mineral-based products and the perfect ambience to soothe the soul.
“For my clients, it is a service that is as much about the experience as the health and beauty services you are enjoying.
“Heartspace is for men and women not children as it is all about ‘you time’ and really allowing your mind and body to take some time out and heal.
“It is a space for you to reconnect with yourself.
“I am very excited to be bringing this very unique business to the Capricorn Coast for everyone to enjoy.”

The business is located at the Seaspray Health and Wellness Centre in Zilzie and is now open for bookings.
