By Jonathan Capriel (August 12, 2022, 1:54 PM EDT) — The maker of Stündenglass glass infusers has launched another round of trademark infringement lawsuits, accusing half a dozen Los Angeles area vape and smoke shops of selling knockoff versions of its products without permission.
GS Holistic LLC claims that six shops and their owners are deliberately putting the Stündenglass mark on glass infusers, which can be used with cannabis, in a ploy to deceive consumers, according to each of the 15-page complaints filed in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
