Fernwood Fitness has launched its latest innovation in women’s health – Fernwood Fusion – a holistic fitness and wellness studio in Richmond, Melbourne, with a studio in Mordialloc due to open later this month.
Fernwood Fusion is designed for women to celebrate self-love and empowerment, featuring an exclusive and signature class series called FusionX, which combines high-energy and low impact workouts. Members will experience a balanced blend of reformer Pilates, yoga, barre, and mat Pilates brought together into one energetic sequence. Every class concludes with a brief meditation to enable women to stop, take a breath, and reset.
The Melbourne studios will be the first of many Fernwood Fusion studios across Australia, and will offer women a refined fitness experience.
Responsible for bringing Fernwood Fusion to life, Fernwood’s Founder and Managing Director, Diana Williams advises “at Fernwood, we pride ourselves on creating a comfortable environment for all women, and want to encourage our members to embrace this idea of self-love, particularly in these times.
“The Fernwood Fusion model was designed exclusively for women’s holistic health, fitness and wellbeing and is complementary to the traditional Fernwood Fitness model, as it increases choice and availability for women across Australia to prioritise their health and wellbeing.
“For exercise, for ‘me-time’, for meditation, for connection – Fernwood Fusion will really bring together energy and serenity for the perfect balance, with time-efficient workouts, specialised classes, expert instructors and beautiful spaces that hum with women’s laughter and exhales.”
Richmond’s Fernwood Fusion studio owner Kim Bullock adds “we’re so excited to be opening our doors and have our new members experience the offering we have at Fernwood Fusion, especially our much-anticipated class style, FusionX. This class is for the women who want added intensity and a little more sweat!”
The full-body workouts combine 40 minutes of strength, flexibility and core, followed by five mindful minutes of meditation to relax, recharge and reset. Designed by experts to be life efficient, offering strength, toning, movement, and mindfulness, all in one session.
Fernwood Fusion is now open in Bridge Road, Richmond, with the Mordialloc studio set open at the end of February and national studios due to open later this year.
